Thank you very much for a fantastic 2022 in the small puzzle shop in Helsingør. A new year has started with rain and gray skies, but it is thanks to you that the Puzzle Shop has been involved in rapid development both in the online shop and in the small annex in our backyard, and that 2022 has been both colorful and fun.
I have been lucky enough to also get visits from the nicest online customers throughout the year from all over the country in my little shop. I often ask where the customers come from, and if I remember correctly, Nørre Sundby is the farthest Danish city that was mentioned during the year. Danish customers also came by all the way from Amsterdam, and all visits have been pleasant.
2022 has offered the best puzzle news I've seen in a long time, and you and many others have welcomed the news with open arms. eeBoo's Magical Amsterdam and A Happy Holiday put a beautiful end to the year, where I also finally got bigger puzzles in the shop with 3000 pieces, 5000 pieces and 13,200 pieces ! And the really big puzzles went like hotcakes. It's fun to see that so many people have courage on so many pieces.
I'm a big fan of trying new things, which is why I happily throw myself into new brands when the opportunity presents itself. Not everything escapes the eye of the needle, but Werkshoppe with the puzzles in the nice orange buckets and New York Puzzle Company with their delicious random cut pieces hit the shelves. Both brands are American and both brands offer puzzle motifs that are out of the ordinary and have been fabulously well received.
When you pack and send a whole lot of packages like this during the year, select new motifs and new puzzle brands and generally take quite a few chances, it is actually only when reviews come from you and other customers that the shoulders finally may begin to lower. Because how is the news received? Have I chosen correctly? Are some of the puzzles too far?
One of the last reviews I received this year is from Anders D., and it is his review that is pictured in this newsletter. In addition to the fact that the vintage puzzles from Cavallini are a success in my Puzzle store , I can actually only feel it in my stomach when these reviews drop like from the sky on the website and on Trustpilot. That there are customers like Anders and you who take the time to write a few lines and share their experiences with others means everything, and it is almost even more important than the sale itself. Therefore, I would like to say to you and many other fantastic puzzle customers a THOUSAND THANKS for the many, many great reviews that have come in during the year. They are all in the shop so you can read them, and they warm each and every one of them.
