At Puslespilsbutikken you can choose to have your packages delivered with DAO or GLS. Packages are delivered to a parcel shop or to your home, depending on what you have chosen, every weekday from Monday to Friday. If you choose home delivery with DAO, you can also have them delivered on Saturdays.
Sign up and get notified when a product is sold out.
All products on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated. It may happen that a product is out of stock. In this case, you can sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock. Remember that if you receive our newsletters but unsubscribe from them, you will no longer be notified about out of stock items that you are waiting for.
We do not stock products at Puslespilsbutikken. You can buy online, and then you are welcome to pick up in the store yourself when you have received a notification by email.
To make delivery as flexible as possible for you, you can choose between several different shipping methods:
Delivery from DKK 38 for orders under DKK 498.95.
Free delivery to parcel shops for orders from 499 kr. and up
Delivery to business address DKK 79.
Delivery with GLS private address from DKK 79,- (free for purchases over DKK 899,-)
Delivery to parcel shop
If you choose delivery with DAO or GLS to a parcel shop, you can choose a shop near where you live and pick up your package there. DAO has 550 parcel shops distributed throughout Denmark, and therefore it is not far from you to your nearest parcel shop. GLS also has a lot of parcel shops and certainly one near where you live.

Delivery of private and business packages is done by GLS on weekdays between 8:00 -16:00. GLS sends an SMS/email with information about when the package is expected to be delivered. The message is sent to the SMS/email address that you have provided on the order. If you are not at home to receive the package, you can give permission to leave the package via the email from GLS. If you are not at home and do not have time to redirect/give permission to leave the package, it will instead be delivered to a parcel shop, where you can pick up the package within 10 business days. You will receive an SMS with information about where you can pick up your package.
Delivery to non-bridged islands: 2-4 business days
Unclaimed packages
You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item or by failing to pick up your package without clearly informing us of this. When returning, a return shipping fee will be added, which is currently DKK 59 for parcel shops/business packages and DKK 79 for delivery to private individuals. The return shipping fee is charged regardless of the size of the package and regardless of how many items you have ordered. The remaining amount on the order will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
If a package is returned through no fault of the Puzzle Shop, for example because you have not picked up the package at the parcel shop, and you still want the item delivered, the Puzzle Shop is entitled to charge you the additional cost for re-delivery.
