TRADE TERMS
www.boxquiz.dk (www.puslespilsbutikken.dk) is a Danish online webshop with beautiful puzzles, owned and operated by handmadeliving ApS, Anna Queens Stræde 5A, 3000 Helsingør, CVR 35382968. The terms of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods on www.boxquiz.dk for delivery in Denmark. We also have a physical store in Helsingør. The store is called Puslespilsbutikken, it is located at Anna Queens Stræde 5a, entrance via the courtyard, in Helsingør, and it is the only puzzle store in Denmark.
We strive to respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours.

NEWSLETTERS AND DISCOUNTS
The puzzle shop sends out newsletters at regular intervals either via email or text message. You can sign up for our newsletters, for example on Facebook, Instagram, in competitions and on the website. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter at the bottom of our newsletters. The puzzle shop reserves the right to change the conditions for issued discount codes at any time. Discount codes can be used once unless otherwise stated. Free prints can be printed unlimitedly and are for your own use. If you have entered your email in connection with a purchase that you have not completed, you may receive reminders about your basket, but you will not receive our newsletters until you have actively agreed to receive newsletters from us. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT.
To shop at www.boxquiz.dk you must be 18 years of age or older. All payments are made via Dankort, Mobilepay, Mastercard, etc.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer/Mobnilepay.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees.
We will only deduct payment once your items have shipped from our warehouse. We can only deduct the amount you have authorized or less and only once.
PAYMENT VIA EAN
If you shop via an EAN number, remember to enter the EAN number in the comments field. The minimum amount for shopping via EAN is DKK 750 incl. VAT. You will then receive an electronic invoice within a few days. The email address that you enter in the order must not be your private one but must be linked to the institution you are shopping for.
When you have ordered goods from Puslespilsbutikken, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam filter if the order confirmation has not appeared within a few hours.
DISCOUNT CODES
Occasionally we send a discount code, for example in a newsletter. Discount codes are valid for a limited number of products for a limited period, only when purchased online and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless specifically stated.
You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to accept the goods or by failing to pick up your package without clearly informing us of this. When returning uncollected packages or unsuccessful deliveries, the actual shipping costs to and from you, which we have been charged by the shipping company, will be deducted.
Any remaining amount on the order will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
If a package is returned through no fault of the Puzzle Shop, e.g. because you have not picked up the package at the parcel shop, and you still want the item delivered, the Puzzle Shop is also entitled to charge you the additional cost of re-delivery and the return freight for the missed pick-up.
RIGHT OF RETURN AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase and 14 days to return the item. You can send us an email or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item or failing to pick it up at the parcel shop. If you fail to pick up the package and then contact Puslespilsbutikken to exercise your right of cancellation, we will deduct the actual shipping and return costs from the amount you receive back.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item or it has been damaged on its way back to us, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging and that you take extra care to protect it from shock and pressure during transport.
If the original packaging is missing, the seal is broken or parts of the packaging or the item are missing, this will result in a decrease in the value of the item and you will not receive a full refund.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the payment received from you, but not the delivery costs if you have paid for delivery, cf. www.forbrug.dk/regler/fortrydelsesret-og-returret, no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. Return packages must be sent directly to our store and only after prior agreement. We assume no responsibility for return packages sent to us without using the cancellation form. Return packages sent to a parcel shop so that we have to pick them up ourselves will be subject to a fee of DKK 100. The fee will be deducted from any refund.
COMPLAINT
All goods purchased on www.boxquiz.dk are covered by the Danish Sales Act's rules on a 24-month right of complaint. The right of complaint means that you as a consumer can complain about defects and deficiencies in goods that have arisen within 24 months of receipt.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
You must file a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. We recommend that you file a complaint as soon as possible.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If you return the item, please provide as much detail as possible about the problem.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs to return the item to us. Otherwise, you must bear all transportation costs yourself, including our shipping costs for returning the item after inspection, and we may charge you an amount of up to DKK 200 for inspection of the item.
If you return goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the packages until Puslespilsbutikken receives them. Therefore, keep the track and trace receipt.
DO YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD?
If you exchange one or more puzzles in the Puzzle Shop, you will receive a voucher. It can be, for example, as a discount code. You can use the discount code to pay for new products in the Puzzle Shop. Vouchers are not paid out and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Remember your receipt if you have to exchange in the store.
PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Handmadeliving ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us by email.
COPYRIGHT
All image and text material on www.boxquiz.dk is subject to protection under the Danish Copyright Act and may not be used in violation thereof. Violation thereof may result in a claim for an injunction as well as claims for compensation, remuneration and reimbursement. Furthermore, other rights are reserved under other relevant intellectual property legislation, as well as rights under the Danish Marketing Act.
If you have a shop and sell our quiz games and travel guides, you are more than welcome to use our image and text material. Contact us by email so we can send you the right material.
CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
Purchases of goods on www.boxquiz.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
PURCHASE AND PRODUCT REVIEWS
We are happy to receive all reviews of shopping experiences and items purchased on this site. If you would like to review an item, you can do so under the individual items. We reserve the right not to publish a review if the item was purchased somewhere other than at www.boxquiz.dk.

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
