YOUR GENERAL RIGHT OF RETURN AT PUSLESPILSBUTIKKEN.DK
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop at boxquiz.dk.
The right of withdrawal expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify Puslespilsbutikken that you wish to cancel your purchase and 15 days to return the item. You can send us an email or use the standard withdrawal form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund the payment received from you, however, not the delivery costs if you paid for delivery as per www.forbrug.dk/regler/fortrydelsesret-og-returret, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
We will transfer the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address. Return packages must be sent directly to our store and only after prior agreement. We assume no responsibility for return packages sent to us without using the withdrawal form. Return packages sent to a parcel shop, requiring us to pick them up, will be subject to a fee of DKK 100. This fee will be deducted from any refund.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
