Paperblanks puzzle 1000 pieces - Dharma Dragon
Dharma Dragon in 1000 piece puzzle from Paperblanks
Just look at a beautiful and humanized dragon! Is she dangerous or exotic and exciting? The puzzles from Paperblanks are especially delicious. They have colors that change and glitter, which gives a very special surface.
Drawing inspiration from the modern world, Texan artist Gary Gamle uses ancient spiritual traditions to meet modern digital art in this kaleidoscopic puzzle motif featuring the work of Android Jones.
Android Jones is an independent artist born in Lyons, Colorado. He began studying his craft at the age of eight before making it his life's work in 2005. He received his early training at the Ringling School of Art and Design, where he learned traditional drawing and painting as well as animation before entering the apprenticeship at George Lucas' Industrial Light & Magic. Jones later founded Massive Black, an art and outsourcing studio based in Los Angeles.
With colors at once psychedelic and hypermodern and an imagery that combines Eastern iconography and a cutting-edge science fiction aesthetic, Jones is an artist who draws on ancient traditions and those yet unborn. A member of the Burning Man community, Jones is described as a "digital alchemist" and is known for his multidimensional, spiritually driven art and performance and the altered states of consciousness they induce.
Whether one thinks of him as a pop art shaman or a practitioner of electromineralism, at the center of his art is a sense of untapped potential and limitless imagination. Jones himself says in his Artist's Statement on his website (androidjones.com):
"I have seen things in this life that I am unable to put into words. In my practice I have visited realms where imagination ends and the terrifying beauty of infinity unfolds again and again. If I could distill into words exactly , what motivates me to create the art I do, then it wouldn't be worth doing. Instead, I have the pen. Honestly, I don't know why I make this art or what compels me to keep creating it; it's a mystery I intend to pursue for the rest of my life, and each image brings me closer to the ultimate truth."
Jones' art asks the viewer to focus on the potential for awakening, the power of the ancient third eye, and the early reverberations of the time ahead.
The puzzle with the dragon girl is guaranteed to be a wonderful challenge for you who put the puzzle together and for the whole family if there are more of you to put it together.
