We send regular packages with GLS, which does not deliver packages on weekends and holidays.

If you order after 12 noon on Thursdays or Fridays, you can expect your items to be delivered on the Monday after the weekend.

All the items you see in the shop are in stock unless we have stated otherwise.

Same-day delivery

We offer same-day delivery on all our items, and we ship all orders as quickly as possible. We ship all packages with Dao and GLS to all of Denmark.

Free shipping on orders over 499,-

All orders over DKK 499 are shipped free of charge to parcel shops throughout Denmark, and we deliver with GLS and Dao to your nearest parcel box. To make it as flexible as possible, you choose the parcel box yourself. If you buy for less than DKK 499 or want to have your order shipped abroad, you must choose one of the other shipping types to complete your purchase.

Track & Trace

When your package has been shipped from BoxQuiz.dk, you will receive a track & trace number by email so that you can follow your package. This is the number you will need when you pick up your package at a parcel shop. Take the number with you and a photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. If you have not received an email with track & trace within a few days, please check your spam filter.

No fee on payment cards

At BoxQuiz.dk there are no fees for purchases with a credit card. We want to accommodate our customers' preferred payment method without hidden fees.

When you pay for your goods, you must choose one of eight payment options. There are no card fees associated with these payment options. The fees for using the respective payment cards and methods can be seen in parentheses.

Your payment will only be deducted from your account when we ship your goods.

30 day exchange

You always have 30 days to exchange when you have shopped at Puslespilsbutikken. If you receive a package that you are not satisfied with, Puslespilsbutikken offers you 30 days to exchange and return. In your order confirmation there is a return form at the bottom that you can print, fill out and send to us. Then we will help you.

The puzzle shop is e-labeled

The puzzle shop received its E-mark in 2018. The E-mark acts as a kind of benchmark for when an online shop has a safe environment for users. The goal of the E-mark

The goal of the E-mark is to create a good shopping experience for Danes on the internet. It is a Danish certification scheme that aims to create trust between users and the certified online stores.
The E-mark also comes with financial protection for your purchase. This means that you as a customer are covered by buyer protection of up to DKK 10,000 per transaction with physical goods. The buyer protection is completely free and applies to everyone who buys physical goods on online webshops. The buyer protection is valid for up to 2 years after the purchase has taken place.

When using this buyer protection, the E-mark will enter into a dialogue with you as a user and the webshop and act as a mediator in the matter. They will inform both the user and the retailer about the various rules that exist in the area in question and will try to reach an agreement. See more on the E-mark website here.
